I'm Jo and as your virtual assistant and mentor my role is to support you focus on what's important to you and your business - working with your patients/ clients and building your revenue.

 

I can do this by:

  • Taking on your admin tasks such as sending reports and letters

  • Organising your time by managing your bookings or liaising with referrers

  • Helping your service be visible by formatting and scheduling your social media posts

  • Monitoring your professional accreditations and certificates

A Little About Me...

I'm Jo and I began working in healthcare at age 18.

Starting out my career as a healthcare assistant, I went on to train as a mental health nurse before completing my psychotherapy training as a BABCP accredited CBT therapist.

I moved into management as a team leader, then to clinical operations, clinical systems management, and service lead of national mental health service.

I took a break from healthcare for 2 years and worked in a SEO project administrator role.

I wanted to bring all these experiences together to support other mental health professionals by giving them time to focus on their patients/clients by taking on the "other" tasks and offering an experienced listening ear to the business needs and be your background support to create the magic of a thriving mental health business.

FAQ

How much will it cost? It really depends on what you need me to do, but as a rough guide it will be £30 per hour

How does it work? We will initially have a discussion (which is free) to discuss your business and what you'd like me to support with. I'll then go away and come back to you with costings, which you can choose to agree or decline. I will NEVER try and give you any "hard sell" and will always be honest, open and transparent.

If we work together, how do we communicate? We will agree what works best for you - video call, email, text, WhatsApp - we can decide that together

Will I need to use another system? I wouldn't ask you to use yet another system, I'm here to simplify things for you. Dependant on what you want support with we can discuss how best for me to do that
